2026 Season

Opening Strategy: Three-Month Sequence

NODE opens gradually over three months, allowing our team to learn visitor patterns, adapt operations, and build momentum. One gallery opens per month rather than launching all four simultaneously.
PHASE 1
January 23
Gallery 1 opens with 10,000 (CryptoPunks). Initialize—our rotating stream of short-form works across 50mm² of LED walls—begins (12-4pm daily).
PHASE 2
February
Gallery 2 opens. Pebbles programming activates. Operations adapt to visitor flow.
PHASE 3
March
Galleries 3-4 open. Beeple exhibition. Full building activated.

2026 Programming Calendar

Programming Framework: How to Fill a Jar
Like filling a jar, you start with the Rocks (major exhibitions)—they define NODE's spatial voice each quarter. Then you add Pebbles (monthly artists, talks, workshops) that fill the spaces between. Finally, Sand (Initialize: daily/weekly programming) flows into all remaining gaps, keeping the building alive continuously during open hours (12-4pm).
